cheer up

{supplies: cs – Bazzill, Georgia-Pacific; pp – Lemonade (Basic Grey); digital papers by me – polka dot blue paper (using Small Dots (The Cutting Cafe)), grid paper; digital stamps – Rain Rain Go Away (The Cutting Cafe); stamps – March 2010 KOM (Unity); ink – Versafine; nesti – Labels 8; punch – Corner Chomper (We R Memory Makers); other – string, Liquid Pearls (Ranger), Prismacolor Marker}

Ok, I have to tell you, I really love this little card.  And I am really loving this hybrid card making thing!!!

Digital Facts:  The clouds and rain drops are from THIS stamp set at The Cutting Cafe!  I made the polka dot blue paper from THIS stamp set.  I combined them before printing by layering the raindrops on top of the polka dotted paper.  Then used my labels 8 die cut by Spellbinders and layered it with some black cardstock.  How super cool is that!  The cloud is printed on the grid patterned paper and cut out.  I just typed the saying “Cheer Up” inside the cloud before printing.  The cloud and polka dot paper are popped up.

Stamping Facts:  This little umbrella girl just gets me!!!  I love her.  I stamped her on white card stock, pink patterned paper and the plaid pattern paper by Basic Grey (Lemonade).  I cut out each piece and glued her together.  The plaid paper is actually popped up.

To finish it off, I added some Liquid Pearls, string and rounded the corners.

So how many challenges do you think I combined into this card????
