6.10.2010 – Limelight Challenge

Ready for another Limelight Papercrafts sketch and product challenge!

This week we are focusing on using BUTTERFLIES and using this sketch:

I {heart} the Basics line (Basic Grey).  All the paper used on this card is from this line.  I just love all the kraft, clean lines and graphic-ness (is that a word??? my spell check says no) of this line.  The white chocolate Piper chip letters (Basic Grey) are the perfect size for cards.  I just love how the happy curves along the top corner of the card.

The butterflies were punched using an EK Success butterflies punch I have and then I used that awesome brown burlap string (May Arts) around the popped up panel.  A little dotted line with a white gel pen just finished everything off.

    oh, my wow! LOVE, did I say LOVE, that giant rounded curve-such a WOW factor. and yep, just started using some of the basics line and am diggin’ that. Mandy better get more of that brown burlap string in, I’m starting to panic that I’m running low!!!
