Hip Hop

How exciting that for our first Hip Hop of the year we have our first {ippity} release this weekend as well!  I’m sharing {ippity} projects today, but you will want to start at the Unity blog to see all the lovely projects by the design team in the hop today.

We have 5 new {ippity} stamps
RELEASING THIS WEEKEND and they are ROCKIN’!

It was tough to pick the first ones to ink up, but I went with these…

Oh goodness, look at all the purple!  I have been trying to use it more in my projects.  I will admit, it is not my favorite color.  But I know so many who love it.  I was actually thinking about a little girl for this one.  I need some practice on little girl cards.  The cupcakes are too darn SWEET and great fun to color with Copics.

Whoooooooo wouldn’t love this little owl???  He is a paper piecing dream.  The two sentiments he comes with are just down right perfect!

BIG EXCITING CHANGES are coming this year to {ippity}.
Keep an eye on the Unity blog for more details.

NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTIONS?

Here is the deal… I don’t like resolutions.
I like GOALS.
I know, same thing basically.  But resolutions tend to be forgotten
and there are some craft related dreams I really want to work on.

Thanks for hanging in till the end, this was a long post!
Off you go to Maren’s blog!!!!

‘Like’ my new FACEBOOK page just for my designs.

I love the idea of setting goals instead of resolutions – the words you use matter!
I’m not a big purple lover in crafting, since I find it the hardest colour to match. Good to know I’m not the only one 🙂 And that owl…love him!

I love them both, purple is not always one of my favorites either (although it was my favorite color as a little girl) but you really ROCKED this one…I love the clever design with the star following the lines of the paper! Really cool 🙂

Well I would have chosen the same image for my first choice, I want to make lots of cupcakes this year! Gorgeous card and colours. Love your goals image too. I need one of those to remind me of what I want to achieve. Would you make me one or do you only sell watermarks?

  27. Sav O'G

WOW! I love how you did that first card with the star and the pink streamer!!! LOOOOOOOOOOOVE that little owl:) LOVE your goals!! I’m sure you will achieve them and soar above them!!!!!!!! <3

  28. Emily Niehaus

Both cards are fab, but I am loving the cupcake one with the purple! I love your card goals for the year. We are all probably guilty of hoarding too many cards and not sending them out. I joined the BRAK group on SCS and it has helped me get those cards mailed to people who will enjoy them. 🙂

  29. Jackie

Oh these are just so cute! Love ’em both!

  30. Kary

Great cards, Lisa!! I love both of them – the cupcakes look beautiful and the owl is spunky. Great goals for 2012, too! I must admit, I haven’t got round to verbalising mine… for fear of not keeping them .. ;-).
