{4.3.2012} new UNITY sketch challenge

Unity KOM Sketch Challenge

Just wanted to pop in and show off the new Unity kit of the month called {follow your own}.

follow your own

Isn’t is super sweet.  LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that bicycle background.

AND…

We started a new KOM sketch challenge on Sunday as well.

I love this sketch.
The inspiration for it came from one of our DT members Stephanie.
She always has the cutest cards.
I can’t wait to see what you do with it.

I have so many stamps I can’t keep up with them.  Oh, that sounds like a complaint.  It isn’t.  But, I feel bad I can’t give them all the attention they deserve.  I need to quit my job so I can resolve that.  Hee hee.  Wonder if the hubby will agree to that.  I think not.  Ha.  Anyhoo, I’m using some past kit of the month sets for this card.  I combined some sets to create this sweet mother’s day card.  I suppose it could be a birthday card as well.

My Cameo and I are getting along swimmingly.  I was able to cut the doily and pink half moon center for this card.  This machine cuts beautifully!  I’m really impressed.

Back to the CHALLENGE… The PRIZE is huge!
A FREE kit of the month PLUS 100 Unity stamps!
Amazing, right?
Hope you will play along with us this month.
You can click HERE for all the deets.

Hope you will play along!

LOVE this card (and that bicycle background…does Emily know about that yet? lol)
I for one support the quitting of your job to go stamp full time 😉 Let me know how that works out!

Lisa, this is a lovely card!! Love that doily and oh so envious of your cameo machine 😉 It’s a wonderful card for Mother’s day, the sentiment is just perfect.
Ah, I can tell you even if you quit your job, you won’t be able to ink up all your stamps – this is from one who has done it and still struggling to sort out her stamps {giggles} Have a fabulous week!!

Lisa, I love the sentiment. It is beautiful…and goes perfectly with your gorgeous design. And of course, we all need to quite work so that we can ink up all our stamps!

Kary’s right… even quitting your job doesn’t mean you’ll be able to ink up all your stamps fast enough! Although it might slow down your buying new ones a bit. 😀
Beautiful card! Love the white-embossed rose on patterned paper, what a great idea!

Great stamps and I love your card! I have more stamps then I can count, even after giving a huge box full to a friend last fall! What’s that saying? “She who dies with the most stamps wins!” LOL!

LOL! I totally know what you mean – I feel like a mother with too many children and not enough time to devote to them! 🙂 Your card is gorgeous. Love that doily cut and the way the flower looks embossed in white on patterned paper. Awesome!
