[1.30.2014] unity thursday hopping fun

Yay for Thursday

Happy Friday EVE… the Unity Design team is celebrating (like we do every week) with a fun
hop.  If you have been hopping you should be arriving from Joslyn’s blog, if not, all the action starts on the Unity blog.

I don’t think I’ve shown anything from this month’s Kit of the Month yet!  Eeek.  That is just plain awful.  We are going to solve that today!

IMG_1801_dahlhouse

I seriously LOVE this kit.  It is full of stunning stamps.  I admit it, I grabbed my favorites first.  Here is a look at the kit again, just because it is so beautiful.

Be Your Own Kind of Beautiful

I stamped the circle woodgrain on the card base three times in random directions.  I wanted to put my butterfly at the center where they overlap.  So I stamped three butterflies in different colors, trimmed them out and then stapled them together.  They look so pretty fanned out.  I popped it up on the card with foam adhesive.  Next, I stamped my sentiment and glued it to the front.  Last came the pretty sequins.  They just seemed necessary.  My color palette for this card came from the current {be inspired} challenge.  Have you played along yet?  You should, the prize is amazing.

** COMMENT PRIZE **
Don’t forget to leave a comment on each blog today.
We’ll be giving away a THREE MONTH membership to ANY kit club of your choice.  You’ll want to leave a comment on all the participating blogs to increase your chances to win.

That is all from me, head on over to the amazing Renee next!!!!

Here are the list of blogs hopping today.
