[4.24.2014] Unity Thursday

happy Unity thursday…

Time for some more THURSDAY fun with the Unity design team.  If you haven’t been hopping along, all the action starts on the Unity blog.  There’s always fun stuff going on.  We have tons of FABULOUS new stamps releasing this weekend.  SO exciting.  Watch Facebook and the Unity blog for updates on the sale.

2014-04-22 16.48.21I’m doing a little watercoloring today.  A little wash of color over a pretty white embossed image is so easy to do and creates such a lovely effect.  I’ve combined the new Wildflowers & Wings SMAK kit with the May Hope Sustain You sentiment kit.  They work just lovely together.

After I finish my watercoloring, I usually set it aside and let it dry flat under my large acrylic block.  That is if I have the time, if not, I hit it with a hair dryer before placing it under the block.

** COMMENT PRIZE **
Don’t forget to leave a comment on each blog today.
We’ll be giving away 2 prizes from comments left on the participating blogs.

Here are all the girls hopping today…  just click on the next pretty girl in line.
