Three Ways to Use One Stamp Set | Simple Card Designs

Do you love books?

I love books. I used to read physical books all day long and late into the night. Shhhh. Don’t tell anyone. Then, my day job cut into my reading time. Because you have to get up in the morning and actually get somewhere on time.

Adulting is tough sometimes. Haha.

Once I found audiobooks from the library, away I went again. I listen to them in the morning while getting ready and as I drive to work. I just love stories. All kinds. There is something about the stories in books that are so very magical. So different from movies.

The new February 2021 sentiment kit from Unity Stamp Company is perfect for the book lover in your life. Or anyone really. They are very versatile images and so many lovely sentiments in this kit.

What? How fabulous is that girl… trying to carry all those books home. I relate to her so much. Whether it is all the things I’m trying to carry in real life or how many actual books I want to read. Life is a balancing act. In more ways than one.

It pairs perfectly with the Small Details background stamp. It has that bookish feel. Luckily the words are general enough it could be used for any occasion. Lucky or planned. Hmmmmmm. Haha.

A birthday card for the book reader in your life? Yes, please. I also love how fabulously general this image is. Great for all generations. It is classic and yet specific. A wonderful image for all.

Again I paired it with the Small Details background stamp and place it in a the perfect reusable layout. I come back to this design over and over again.

I decided to get a little playful with this layout. I took those books and created a repeat pattern. Easy to do by stamping it in over and over again on kraft cardstock.

I added just a hint of color with the red. Just some fun patterns with the washi tape and then a bit of red from the flowers and sequins.

I love when you can buy one stamp set and use it so many different ways. Hope this inspires you try different layouts with your stamps.

Oh my goodness. I LOVE these cards! I’m a book reader…no e-reading for me. I love books. I love the feeling of turning the pages. And when a book is new, I even love the scent.
Anyway, your cards are wonderful! I’m so tempted to buy this stamp set. Thanks for sharing with us!

Oh, I agree. There is nothing like a book. I had a sentiment that said “hello book sniffer” but it unfortunately there wasn’t room for it. Haha. I can’t wait for a time when I can go back to reading a real book. Thank you so much for stopping by and leaving some love.

I love this stamp set and especially your cards! The first one was me doing curbside pickup at the library today! I think the monochromatic look is so stylish. But I do also like the last one that you added the extra little punch to.
