[1.1.2014] Season’s Givings blog hop
Happy New Year my sweet blogland friends.
I’m excited to be participating in the Season’s Givings blog hop this year. We are all hopping together as a small thank you to our blog friends and to celebrate the season of giving. There are several blogs on the hop today, each with their own giveaway. If you have been hopping, you should be arriving from Lee Murphy’s beautiful blog or you can start at the beginning by visiting Lawn Fawn.
Welcome to the new visitors. I hope you’ll look around and find something you like. I love making new friends. You can follow me on Facebook, Pinterest or sign up for my blog updates in my sidebar.
And a big THANK YOU to my faithful readers. I cannot thank you ENOUGH for your love and support. Blogging would not be much fun without all of YOU. I appreciate you taking the time to visit, reading my posts, and leaving a comment or two. Even when my posts slowed down towards the end of the year, you are all still there for me. I can’t tell you how much that means to me… let’s just say it is A LOT!
It has been a busy year full of cards, blog hops, pubs and trying my hand at designing stamps for Unity Stamp Company. Here is a snapshot of my favorite cards for the year.
As I glance over the cards from the year, they still make me smile. Each one has a little bit of me in them. They were made for fun, for a special person or for a special occasion. Each one for a different reason or a different person I cared about. That is what makes card making something I still love to do. It is still personal and close to my heart.
I also found myself entering the world of stamp design for Unity Stamp Company. Honestly, it just sort of fell into my life. Not planned in any way. The first stamps I designed were the sympathy sentiments in THIS kit and the center card above. It was the first anniversary of a co-worker’s passing and I was looking for the perfect sentiment to go with a gift our department wanted to give her daughter. I happened to share it with my design team family and from there, the sentiment evolved into the ones you see in the kit. Over the year, I found myself in a new way through my stamp designs. Here are a few of my designs from the year.
Since my year has been extremely blessed, I want to express my gratitude to all of you with a few gifts. I have a stamp prize pack to give away that includes these two Unity Stamp Company kits.
And maybe a few other things thrown in.
And 2 photo watermarks to giveaway as well. I’ve given my watermarks and shop a little facelift. What better way to celebrate than to give a few away? If you win a watermark, you can choose a design you like from my watermark shop. It will be customized with your name and blog address.
You can enter my giveaway below. You’ll get an entry for liking my facebook page and for leaving a comment. PLEASE NOTE… the stamp prize pack is for US readers only. I apologize, but the shipping costs are just too much for me to handle outside the country. BUT, everyone is eligible for the watermarks.
Entries will close on Sunday, January 5, 2014 at 11:59pm. I’ll post the winners on January 6th and you will have one week to claim your prize.
There are still SO many more ladies to visit. I’m thrilled to be sending you on to the SUPER talented and sweet Jocelyn Olson. I adore this lady and I just know you will be in for a treat when you visit her blog.
Thank you all again for stopping by and being apart of my paper crafted world.
Here is the list of blogs hopping today in case you get lost along the way.
