sketchfest monday…

Eeeekkkkk!  I felt like I was racing against the clock tonight to get this card done.  Funny thing is, before I left for work I had a sketch all drawn out and a plan ready for me when I got home.  Yeah, that went out the window.  Hee hee.  Here is my card for Caardvarks Sketchfest Monday challenge.

I flipped the sketch horizontally again.  As it turned out, the flowers that I trimmed from the patterned paper looked better on the right than the left.  This is a new Hero Arts bird stamp set I found a few weeks ago… isn’t it cute!  I stamped it in brown ink and used a Prismacolor marker to highlight it a bit.  I have such a hard time with Copic and Prismacolor markers, but I think this one turned out ok.

Back again tomorrow!!!

Cardstock: Bazzill Basics Paper

Patterned Paper: Colorbok Friendly Forest

Ink: Colorbox, Prismacolor marker

Cuttlebug die cut machine: Spellbinders Nestie (inverted scallop square)
