{8.5.2011} new ippity

New {ippity} Stamps

I just love Ippity by Unity!

And it is so exciting that
EVERY 5th of the month
there is a NEW release!!!

Here is a peek at the uber cute new sets…

Loads of Love

Make your Mark

I can see a lot of valentine’s coming from the Loads of Love set!!!

The CREATE: blog! challenge this week was to make a ribbon flower.  I have never made one like this before.  I am not patient enough for hand sewing, so never attempted one.  Boy am I glad I made myself do it.  I ADORE these flowers.  When you stitch with a machine it creates very tight stitches and thus very tight rouching.  Not really what I wanted.  With hand stitching, you can create nice long stitches which result in a softer flower (as in my card).  This flower actually has 2 layers.  Next time I’ll stop at one, it got really THICK!  ha.

Ippity is ONLY available from an Ippity chick!!!
Same great stamps as Unity, but sold only by these FABULOUS chickadees.
Click the link to find your favorite one.

ALSO…

Oh my Crafts! is have a 40% off all Unity SALE!!!
Woo hoo.
Make sure you check them out this weekend!

Make sure you head back to the Unity Friends with Flair post to see all the wonderful projects.

stamps: Loads of Love {Ippity by Unity}
cardstock: white {georgia-pacific}
patterned paper: Be Mine elements {Echo Park}
die cuts & punches: Corner Chomper,
other: rhinestones (Kaisercraft), black ribbon {Offray}
